What Do You Think?!

 
I am SO excited to be able to do this! I am starting a blog here to connect our "fitness family"! There are many of you who have come to the studio for quite some time and I want you to have a chance to connect with each other! Please take the time to throw in a comment and tell me what you have found to be helpful so far since you started your program!

Hmm, what do I find helpful? That's easy, it's YOU, Arielle! I never in my wildest dreams thought I would look forward to a sweaty workout, let alone be really diappointed if I had to cancel for some reason. Your belief in me that I can change keep me inspired and make me want to work harder. I've lost 106 pounds in 16 months and countless inches and I am still going. I am seeing someone new in the mirror and I LOVE it! You help me discover my new self each week and I am so thankful for you and your vision of wellness for each of us!

Arielle, what a great summer for keeping fit. While I am in the area I was really missing my workout routines. Last summer I went back to Columbus totally out of shape and it showed when I returned to my aerobic classes. Not the case this summer! You have kept me on track and taught me so many new techniques. You always are changing it up, make it fun and keep it interesting. Plus, it has been great getting to know you. I am so glad Johanna introduced me to you and your business. I will miss you when I go back to Ohio but will make it a point to catch with you whenever I am in town.

Losing weight is not easy !!! It takes disipline , healthy eating habits, dealing with the pain and discomforts of working out, managing stress , telling yourself not to call in and say you cannot make in to the workout , and most of all have fun. It's like a concert, and ever concert has a great conductor. Thats you Arielle!

I love your studio! I have a place for my kids to play while I workout, if I can't find a sitter (which is free!!!) You also have helped me in my traing to prepare me for basic training! I feel more confident now in leaving than I did before I came to the studio. You made sure to stick to my goals and have kept our sessions to what I specific to my Army training. I love how you have been flexible with me! I plan to recomend you to everyone, and when I get back, still continue to come b/c it will keep me focused when I do not have drills and PT
