We have developed a range of classes comprised of everything you need for a comprehensive exercise program. Attending classes provides a more social way of getting fit and the enjoyment of being part of a group working towards a common goal. By attending multiple classes you can be confident there won't be a muscle missed!
Find Your Fit
Our goal is to simplify exercise and teach you how to exercise effectively and efficiently. This class will do just that; follow 5 exercises, circuit-style at your own pace. Do as many rounds as possible and finish with a great stretch!

Get ready to kick it into high gear in this 45 min low impact cardiovascular class. Indoor cycling is a great way to burn calories and have fun while doing it. In this workout you will pedal your way through hill climbs, sprints and many other drills all while listening to your instructor's cues and great music! All levels welcome.

If you’re trying to burn calories and lose fat while sculpting your body, come try this Barre class. Barre exercises include postures from ballet, yoga, and Pilates but it also involves sports conditioning, endurance and fexibility training. While the moves are small, they go a long way in strengthening your muscles for a lean toned look. It is an elegant but challenging class. You will challenge each muscle group through a series of planks, arm work (light lifting and high repetition), lower body work (squat, squat, squat) and core work (abs and back). Barre will be a great addition to any workout routine.

Join our instructors for a change of scenery and a change of pace!
Our 5:30 am class includes a different strength training challenge each week.
Our 7:00 am class will challenge your cardiovascular efficiency and hold you accountable to getting your exercise done first thing in the morning!
These are both fantastic beginner classes but will be challenging enough for the frequent exerciser. All levels welcome!
