I easily hit 50 flights of stairs yesterday!

Today I did 30 lateral lunges, 40 squats and 36 push ups 💪

I’ve hit 10k steps every day this week and have done 3 45 minute walks as well as stretched well after each.


Planning on getting back to strength training tomorrow 💪
