By building a stronger body, you increase your metabolism because you sleep better, feel better, and your mood and digestion improves.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you will be able to develop the habit of incorporating regular, realistic physical activity that you enjoy and that fits into your schedule.
NUTRITION
Focus on improving your nutrition choices for 12 weeks.

When you eat better, your energy and focus improves. Your cravings subside and you no longer have to feel guilty or guess about what you eat.

Over the course of 12 weeks, you'll understand how to customize the foods you eat to sustain your body. You'll learn how to make meal plans that work for you.
Maintain
Focus on creating rhythms and routines for 12 weeks.

Cultivating systems that work for you specifically takes time and repetition. Maintaining good habits is the key to resetting your body's "homeostasis."

12 weeks is a sufficient amount of time to establish what works, let go of what doesn't, and create routines that help you keep your results.
REDUCE STRESS
Focus on improving your response to stress for 12 weeks.

Your body releases stress hormones to help you regulate your body. Hormones are also what regulate your metabolism.

I have been helping people improve their fitness, nutrition, and habits since 2008.

I hold certifications through the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Behavior Change Specialist, Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I have overcome personal obstacles of body image insecurity, physical and emotional abuse in a relationship, binge eating, overuse injuries, all while being a wife, a mom of 3 young boys, running a business, and managing a home.

I love being outdoors for any reason, especially paddle boarding, being near the water, bon fires, walks, and reading. I love a good glass of wine and cold brew too much! Jesus is my redeemer and I wouldn't be who I am without his grace and love.
