If you’ve ever wanted to build your confidence, indoor cycling is a fun, challenging and customizable place to start. Guided by our instructors, you will ride on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills moving and grooving to great music. Indoor cycling is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. Beginners are welcome at all classes. We’ll fit your bike and get you started so you feel comfortable. Although each class can be modified, we do ask that you commit to 4 weeks of training on the bike as every 4 week cycle we start over in intensity; we progress each week from easy to harder as we move through the month. We’d love to take this journey with you! Please bring a towel and water bottle with you.

From light to moderate cardio, strength training, mobility and flexibility, this class is formatted for those looking to improve overall health and functional fitness using dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight; you choose your resistance and intensity level. Great music and awesome instructors will inspire you to get the results you’re looking for, all you need to do is get to class!

A shorter indoor cycling class paired with the “flavor of the day”; your instructor will deliver a variety of strength training, core conditioning and/or stretching to accompany your cardio workout. Each session will be a little different because we love variety (not to mention the nice results we get from doing a little of everything that’s good for us!) This class starts with a 20-30 minute ride immediately followed by a 10-15 minute strength or mobility workout. You can expect to start the month easy and stay challenged as the month progresses. Please bring a towel, water bottle and exercise mat.

Barre exercises include postures from ballet, yoga, and Pilates but it also involves sports conditioning, endurance and flexibility training. While the moves are small, they go a long way in strengthening your muscles for a lean toned look. It is an elegant but challenging class. In a typical class you will challenge each muscle group through a series of planks, arm work (light lifting and high repetition), lower body work (squat, squat, squat) and core work (abs and back). We welcome first-timers as this is a great way to start getting into shape. Please bring your own exercise mat and a water bottle with you. You may bring your own light hand weights if you choose.
Rev & Flow

REV+FLOW by REFIT® is a high intensity, low impact workout designed for everyone. Although it is movement to music, this is not a cardio dance class. Movements are slower, focusing on strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. While REV+FLOW is easier to follow, it is highly modifiable whether higher or lower intensity is needed. We would love to have you join us for a REV+FLOW class!

Low impact exercise routines that will energize your day and keep you fit. We incorporate weights, cardio and non choreographed moves. Work on improving your balance, strength and flexibility and we will offer modifications to allow all fitness levels to come and enjoy the class.
Kettlebells with Kandace
6:30 pm Tuesdays
This kettlebell group fitness class will be an amazing experience for anyone who loves kettlebell work or is interested in learning how to use this versatile piece that can provide you with strength, mobility and cardio improvement. This class will start slow, teaching you proper form and will progress in intensity over the course of 6 weeks. Classes will start as a 30 minute workout and will increase to 45 minutes in week 3. Kandace is so excited to bring this class back to PCC! We know you’ll feel confident after joining her for this strength & conditioning class.
