Monday pre-thanksgiving
I’m starting a plan today for the first week of December.
The holidays are hard for me because I have less decision making “capacity” and I know leftovers help A TON so I’m going to set myself up for success by starting now.
Plus the traffic gets a little crazy here and the stores are busy so if I have a solid plan that means less trips to the grocery store 🙌
