I am prepared to eat meals cooked at home. Less or no takeout. Protein and veggies with healthy snacks 3-5 times daily limiting treats. Like my lack of motivation to move, I haven’t keep my self accountable to what I am eating, but that ended … last week. I’m already making progress in this department. So I’m going to add another 10 days with you all.
