Instructions for meal planning this week: tackle the toughest!!
Whichever meal is your “problem child” (the one you always want to go right and it seems to always be a challenge), plan and/or prep that meal TODAY for the whole week.
Ex: snacks
Plan out snacks on a piece or paper or in your notes app. Take a pic and post it for accountability.
Prep your snacks for the week and post a pic for accountability.
I’ve been needing a satisfying snack. I cheated a pushed protein ball mixture into a pan and cut into squares so I don’t pull the bowl out and pull some of a spoon here and there lol
