Making time to reflect.
Observations from last week:
not having a plan made me not know what I was going to eat almost every day for lunch & snack
Not having the kitchen stocked/missing ingredients made it almost impossible to eat enough
Now that I have groceries, I realize how much I had last week TO eat but don’t eat it because it wasn’t prepped.
SO
Tonight and tomorrow I’ll be prepping so I don’t end up wasting what we have and it will be a way less stressful week!
