This is the BMTF Accountability group for meal planning and prepping. Your goals will be to meal plan weekly (or once a month with weekly updates/tweaks as needed) and prep once or more per week. When you’ve completed planning, post a photo. When you’ve completed prepping, post a simple ✔️ or a photo with details which will encourage others to do the same!
